that you have the possibility of exercising the rights of access,
rectification, cancellation, and opposition of your personal data, the person
responsible being Internacional de Proyectos y Concesiones, S.L.
You may exercise the
rights mentioned in the previous paragraph, following the procedure established
in Law 15/1999, on Data Protection, that is:
Right of Access.
The interested party
will have the right to request and obtain free information about their personal
data subject to processing, the origin of said data, as well as the communications
made or that may be made. The consultation may be carried out by simply viewing
it or by indicating the data being processed in writing, copying or
photocopying it, certified or not, in a legible and intelligible form, without
using keys or codes that require the use of specific mechanical devices.
This right may be
exercised at most once every 12 months, unless a legitimate interest is proven.
The exercise of this right will be free of charge by means of a request or
petition addressed to the person responsible for the file, made by any means
that guarantees the identification of the affected party (D.N.I. or other
similar means), and which includes the file or files to be consulted.
The request must
contain the address for notification purposes, date and signature.
The interested party
must use any means that allows proof of the sending and receipt of the request.
Right to rectification and cancellation.
This is the faculty or
capacity of the affected party to request the person responsible for the file
to comply with the obligation to maintain the accuracy of the data, rectifying
or cancelling the personal data that are inadequate or excessive, where
appropriate, or whose treatment does not comply with the Law.
This is a right that
is free of charge. It will be exercised by means of a request or petition to
the person responsible for the file, by any means that guarantees the
identification of the affected party (PE, D.N.I.), and which includes the data
that must be cancelled or rectified and the file(s) in which they are found.
The request must
contain an address for notifications, date, signature of the applicant, and
include a photocopy of the D.N.I. In addition, it must indicate the data that
is incorrect, and the correction that must be made, along with the
documentation that justifies the rectification, unless it depends exclusively
on the consent of the interested party.
In the case of
cancellation, the revocation of the consent granted must be expressed.
Right to object.
This is for cases in
which the consent of the affected party is not necessary for the processing of
personal data, and provided that a Law does not provide otherwise, the affected
party may object to its processing when there are well-founded and legitimate
reasons relating to a specific personal situation.
In such cases, the
person responsible for the registry will exclude the data of the affected party
from processing.
Interested parties may
object upon request, and without charge, to the processing of data that
concerns them, in which case the processing will be cancelled, and the
information about them that appears in the data will be cancelled.
